Arizona Supreme's Medical Staff

CERTIFIED AT's or EMT's 

They are engaged all game and will enter the field of play to ensure the safety and care of your athlete during an injury on the field.  They do more than just call 911.

Fall '25 Owner Plan - $400 per team (Early Reg)


Owner Package - Early Registration End - 07/15/25

Arizona Supreme Responsibility:

  • Provide a league structure for your teams to compete
  • Schedule regular season games and host all playoff games  
  • Host a Championship or Bowl Battle Experience - (based on record)   
  • Provide end of season rings

Organization Responsibility

  • Pay Arizona Supreme 1 Owner Package per team 
  • Team insurance 
  • Cover field, ref, medic & site supervisor cost for 4 regular season games - Arizona Supreme can provide a home field if necessary.
  • Show up to all scheduled games

*All athletes must purchase a player pass to be eligible for season
