Arizona Supreme's Medical Staff

CERTIFIED AT's or EMT's 

They are engaged all game and will enter the field of play to ensure the safety and care of your athlete during an injury on the field.  They do more than just call 911.

Spring '25 Tier I - $1600 per team

Arizona Supreme Responsibility:

  • Provide and cover costs associated to schedule refs, medic & site supervisor at all games 
  • Schedule and host all playoff games  
  • Host Bowl Battle Experience    
  • Provide end of season rings

Organization Responsibility

  • Pay Arizona Supreme 1 Coach Package per team 
  • Team insurance 
  • Cover field cost only for 3 scheduled games - Arizona Supreme can provide a home field if necessary.
  • Show up to all scheduled games

*All athletes must purchase a player pass to be eligible for season
